Weekend in a Yurt

A few weeks ago I was able to have quite an exciting experience! I don't know if you have ever wanted to spend a few nights in a yurt... But that's what I got to do! And it was at Yosemite too! It was kind of a rainy weekend, but that just meant I could spend more time in the yurt, right?

It was beautiful, with lots of windows, and bunk beds all the way around the room! Thank you, God, for nature and fun, new experiences!

Christmas Caroling

We went Christmas caroling tonight! It was so much fun we met so many sweet people! One lady was almost in tears as she listened to us sing. "I've never had anyone come to my house caroling before," she said.

Another lady was so happy to see us, on our way out guess what she gave us! Chocolate chip cookies--yummy!

Singing to people can be such a blessing! I can't believe I almost didn't go!
